Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Information Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
Description of service
Information Hub is a personal knowledge organizer and content tracker that allows users to:
- save and organize articles, videos, podcasts, books, films, shows, and other content,
- subscribe to RSS feeds, YouTube channels, and Spotify podcasts,
- organize content into folders and apply tags,
- track reading, watching, and listening progress,
- get personalized recommendations, and
- share selected library views with others.
User accounts
Some features require an account. Google sign-in is optional and can be used to access YouTube integration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Third-party services
Information Hub integrates with third-party services, including Google/YouTube and Spotify, through OAuth authentication. By connecting these services, you authorize Information Hub to access your data from those services as permitted by their APIs and your consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Information Hub to:
- violate applicable laws or the rights of others,
- transmit harmful code or malicious software,
- attempt unauthorized access to the service or its systems,
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or
- use automated systems to access the service without permission.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you add to your library. By using Information Hub, you grant the service permission to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
Data export and deletion
You can export your library data and delete your account data through Information Hub's privacy and data management settings.
Service availability
Information Hub is provided on an as-available basis. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or other events.
Disclaimer of warranties
Information Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Information Hub and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Information Hub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
